Job Title: BPO Trainer (Female) Location: Noida, Sector 4 Experience: Minimum 2 years Salary: Up to 18k-35k (Negotiable) Immediate Joiner Required : We are seeking a qualified and experienced Female BPO Trainer to join our team in Noida, Sector 4. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a BPO Trainer, with a focus on television-related BPO processes. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong teaching abilities, and the capacity to develop effective onboarding programs for new employees. Key Responsibilities: Training Programs: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for BPO employees, with a specific focus on television-related processes. Onboarding: Design and execute onboarding processes for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into their roles. Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, utilizing a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. Content Development: Create and update training materials, manuals, and resources to ensure relevance and effectiveness. Performance Evaluation: Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve optimal results. Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to identify training needs and address performance gaps. Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve training programs. Qualifications: Minimum 2 Years Experience: Proven experience as a BPO Trainer, specifically in TV-related processes. Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with trainees and colleagues. Teaching Abilities: Demonstrated proficiency in delivering engaging and effective training sessions. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt training methods to accommodate diverse learning styles. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Immediate Joiner: Ability to start immediately.
