Job Description

Title :- BPO / Telesales Executive

Location :- Viman Nagar, Pune Maharashtra

Experience :- Minimum 6 month experience in BPO Sales

Outbound Calling:

Initiating sales calls to potential and existing customers.

Customer Needs Assessment:

Actively listening to customers and identifying their needs to tailor sales pitches.

Sales Presentations:

Presenting product information and benefits to potential customers in a persuasive manner.

Closing Sales:

Guiding customers through the sales process and securing purchase agreements.

Relationship Building:

Fostering strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Lead Generation:

Identifying and qualifying potential sales leads for the outside sales team.

Customer Service:

Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
