Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of outbound telesales agents Monitor daily performance and maintain accurate operational records Drive team targets and ensure adherence to sales metrics Provide timely feedback and implement action plans for improvement Ensure clear and effective communication across the team Maintain compliance with company standards and contractual obligations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Mandatory:

Graduate in any discipline 2-8 years of total experience, with

a minimum of 2 years as a Team Leader (on paper)

Strong command of

Hindi and English

(spoken and written) Proven experience in

outbound telesales and lead generation

Familiarity with

dialer systems

and call centre operations

Preferred:

Leadership and team management capabilities Ability to motivate and coach team members Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
