Job Description

A BPO Associate handles customer interactions (voice/non-voice) by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product info, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication, using CRM tools, meeting targets, and maintaining records, requiring strong problem-solving, listening, and multitasking skills, often with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Handle inbound to assist customers.

Issue Resolution:

Troubleshoot problems, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information.

Product Knowledge:

Explain company products and services clearly.

Data Management:

Update customer records, log calls, and maintain reports in CRM systems.
