Job Description

A BPO Associate handles customer interactions via phone to resolve inquiries, provide support, and address complaints. Key responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, troubleshooting issues, meeting performance metrics, and accurately documenting all customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

Customer interaction:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats to assist customers with their questions and concerns.

Problem resolution:

Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely and accurate solutions to complaints.

Information provision:

Share information about products, services, and account details.

Data entry:

Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company's system or CRM.

Performance management:

Meet individual and team performance goals, such as customer satisfaction scores, call handling time, and resolution rates.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
