Exposure to Financial Lending domain processes etc.

• Development experience in building applications by using Lombardi v6.0.2 till IBM BAW v19 which includes Process Designer, Coach View, Coach Design, Custom CSS, SQL, HTML, JavaScript.
• Good expertise at developing Integration and General Service, implementing UCA which can be used as reusable components in other Services and BPDs.
• Experience in IBM Integration designer and troubleshooting existing integration designer projects and creating new projects also should have experience with different patterns and understanding different protocols such as REST, SOAP, JSON, MQ.
• Should have good exposure to different types of inbuild adapters like JDBC and hands on experience with all Mediation primitives.
• Having good understanding of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) principles and design and must have exposure to Advance Integration Service (AIS).
• Experience in ODM to create rules, decision table and to deploy the same.
• Have extensive experience in Software Development Lifecycle involving analysis, impact assessment and design, development, deployment and testing using BPM products.
• Design experience in defining the architectures, applications connectivity, data flows, etc.
• Understanding business problems and conceptualize solution through interaction with Business, Operations and the Product Owners.
• Experience in deploying BPM snapshots (through online and offline methods) and ODM build.
• Experience in application migration from legacy IBM BPM to IBM BAW versions.
• Expertise in BAW housekeeping activities and instance migration activities.
• Experience in relational databases including Oracle writing SQL queries, stored procedures, functions and triggers etc.
• Experience of working in an environment where interaction with huge set of internal/external stakeholders is needed and delivering products within specific timescales.
• Should be able to handle BPM activities/issues coming from different quarters without any intervention.
• Should drive, deliver & productionize BPM technical stories without much support, take ownership of tasks and independently coordinate like scheduling meetings with business or design team and managing challenges.
• Experience of using industry recognized frameworks and code repository, version control and CICD / DevOps tools like BitBucket, GIT, etc.
• Experience of RAD [Rapid Application Development] and Agile methodologies
• A background of implementing programming best-practice, especially around scalability, availability and performance.
