As an HR Manager, you will work closely with the Leadership Team to develop and implement HR policies, frameworks, plans, and solutions and to run the charter of talent engagement and development across the organization.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Employee Engagement
- MIS & Dashboards
- Grievance Management
- Compensation and Benefits
- Employee lifecycle management
- Manpower planning
- HR Policy framework formulation
Requirements:
- 3 to 7 years of work experience
- HR systems and databases
- Labor law and HR best practices
- Experience with multiple functions of HR
