Job Description

The HR Manager plays a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with the overall business objectives of the company. They are responsible for partnering with business leaders and managers to provide strategic HR guidance and support. The HR Manager ensures the implementation of best HR practices, fosters employee engagement, and drives organizational effectiveness. They also oversee talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership:

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide strategic HR guidance.

Performance Management:

- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

- Train managers on effective performance management techniques.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive salary levels and benefits offerings.

Organizational Development and Culture:

- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture aligned with the company\'s values.

- Design and lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and build organizational commitment.

- Conduct employee engagement surveys and exit interviews to gather feedback and identify improvement areas.

Qualifications:

- MBA degree or equivalent in HR or related field.

- Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and HR business partnering.

- Proven experience in leading and developing teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results.

- Knowledge of payroll processes and compliance regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
