Job Description
We are seeking a Bookkeeper with expertise in QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records for our company. The successful candidate will record financial transactions, reconcile bank statements, generate invoices, and produce financial reports. The ideal candidate should be proficient in QuickBooks, have excellent organizational skills, and have strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Record financial transactions in QuickBooks
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Track accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and process payroll
- Generate financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records
- Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper, with QuickBooks expertise
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks software
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
