Location: Udhyog Vihar, GurgaonWorking Days: WFO, 5 DaysExperience: 5+ YearsRole: Regional Sales Manager (East India)Role Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and result-oriented professional to join us as the Regional Sales Manager for Institutional Business in East India. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, fostering relationships with institutional clients, and achieving revenue targets.Responsibilities: * Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate the institutional market in North India.
  • Identify and target key segments for institutional sales.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including corporate clients, educational institutions, and government bodies.
  • Drive the acquisition of new institutional clients while ensuring satisfaction among existing clients.
  • Revenue Generation:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for the institutional business segment in North India.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for institutional clients.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Provide insights to adapt sales strategies based on market dynamics.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth execution of institutional sales.
  • Provide regular updates to the senior management team on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales roles with a focus on institutional clients.
  • In-depth understanding of the institutional market in East India (Pharma & Non-Pharma)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
  • Master\'s degree in business administration or equivalent.
