The Burden of Illness (BOI) Policy Analyst is responsible for using their clinical knowledge and writing skills to create and maintain clinical guidelines and policies used in the BOI process.

\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with BOI Medical Directors, internal operations teams, and external partners to gather, organize and compile clinical coding and risk adjustment guidelines and policies ...
\xef\x82\xb7 Assist Markets Training and Human Resources team to prepare training materials, desktop support materials, business development and marketing content
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare annual guideline and policy updates including presentations on the changes for internal and external audiences
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare training materials and eLearning content according to the needs of the audience
\xef\x82\xb7 Stay up to date on current industry practices and regulations
Other Job Functions:
