Responsible for managing Bodyshop operations, ensuring quality repairs, achieving revenue targets, maintaining TAT, and delivering high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee denting, painting, accident repairs & workflow.
Manage insurance claims, surveyor coordination & documentation.
Ensure high-quality repairs and final vehicle inspection.
Improve TAT, productivity & workshop efficiency.
Lead and supervise technicians & bodyshop advisors.
Achieve monthly revenue, profitability & CSI targets.
Maintain OEM process compliance & safety standards.
Requirements:
Diploma/Graduate in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
3-7 years experience in Bodyshop operations.
Strong technical knowledge of body & paint work.
Good communication, customer handling & team management skills.
