Job Summary:

The Body Shop Advisor serves as the primary liaison between customers and the body shop team. They are responsible for receiving vehicles needing body work, preparing estimates, communicating repair processes, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the repair cycle. This role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge of auto body repair, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a professional, courteous manner and assess their repair needs. Inspect vehicles for damage and document all necessary information for repair. Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates using estimating software (e.g., CCC One, Audatex). Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure claim approvals and proper documentation. Communicate repair timelines, costs, and updates to customers regularly. Schedule repair work and coordinate with technicians and parts departments. Perform quality checks and ensure repairs meet safety and cosmetic standards. Manage repair orders, track progress, and maintain customer records. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve any service issues promptly. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus. 2+ years of experience in a body shop, collision repair, or service advisor role. Strong understanding of vehicle body repair and estimating processes. Familiarity with insurance procedures and estimating software (e.g., CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
