Bms Engineer

Job Description
- BMS system installation, testing & commissioning.
- DDC Controller programming, software graphic & database development.
- Field Devices installation, testing & commissioning.
- Third Party integration on MODBUS, MBUS, BACnet, LON etc.
- Preparing IO Summary & BOQ based on controller selection.
- Identifying customer requirements
- Reading design specifications and technical drawings;
- Researching suitable solutions and estimating costs and timescales;
- Liaising with the design team, clients and contractors
- Attending meetings on site
- Designing and conducting tests
- Recording, analysing and interpreting test data
- Proposing modifications and retesting products
- Qualifying the final system
- * Sound understanding of BMS concepts
- * Hands on experience with interpreting design/construction, drawings and documents.
- * Managing resources such as man power, material, machinery while keeping quality and time schedules strictly in view.
- * Proven track record in execution of ITC of BMS
- * Experience in working with consultants, direct customers and managing site personnel and project activities to ensure timely and successful of projects.

- BMS ITC: 4 years (Preferred)
