JOB DESCRIPTION BMC Truesight BMC Truesight Operations Management Strong experience with Truesight Operations Management version 11 and later Strong experience with TrueSight Operations Management, Patrol Central Administration, RT server and Patrol Agent and all Knowledge modules Strong experience with installation configuration and management of Patrol Agent KMs for Linux, AIX, Solaris Oracle, MQ, WebSphere and other components as per requirement Experience in Design and implementation of integration solution for performance and event management using BPPM notification and enrichment policies for various types of customization Hands-on Experience in configuring and designing reports using TSOM Smart Reporting in Truesight OM Experience in Configuring events using MRL/BAROC as per requirement Experience in Analyzing environment and event data to fine tune and reduce event counts Ability to generate performance and capacity reports and provide solution Ability to review add/update monitoring procedures Strong knowledge of RedHat Linux and Windows Operating System Good overall knowledge of Datacenter IT Infrastructure Architecture and Components Knowledge of Server virtualization, storage, applications, hardware Experience working in client facing Implementation and Support assignments Readiness to work in Shifts, if required. BMC Truesight Server Automation: Hands on experience in BMC Truesight Server Automation (TSA) along with Implementing/ configuration/ administration. Experience in BMC Server Automation(Bladelogic) for Windows and Linux Servers Patch Management. Responsible for building packages/jobs in BBSA tool for bulk deployment on Windows and Linux Servers. Experience in troubleshooting Unix/Linux Patch Management using BMC Server Automation (BladeLogic). Responsible for providing day-to-day procedural support for the Blade Logic environment and its end users. Responsible for testing and implementing new releases and applying fixes to the Blade Logic product. Provide training and writing user documentation for Blade Logic and Release Management. Customer service skills and client focus. Exposure working with BFSI customers preferred.
