Team Member - Business Intelligence Unit

Preparation of Balance Sheet & P&L for Wholesale Bank & Reconciliation with Fincon numbers
Collaborating with the central Fincon, Ops, Treasury & others to ensure seamless data reporting
Control on MIS sharing with various division within bank & Subsidiaries
Monitor monthly performance and Variance Analysis, highlighting the same to senior management
Setting up control checks to catch & avoid income leakages
Deep involvement in Annual Budgeting activity
Support System developments and testing in sync with business requirements
