Brief Role : Candidate should have knowledge of Food and breverages Must be comfortable with NON VEGETERAIN FOOD Innovate bent of mind, Analytical and Problem solving skills Responsible for all Foods safety and Quality management Rejections / Deviations / Observations escalated to concern supplier Ensure the Food Products meet standard set by both company & regulatory bodies Review & update the various regulatory norms for food products, packaging, storage & distribution Check and Verify the Regulatory compliance in Product, Packaging & Label Conduct Quality & Food Safety audit as per schedule at every Restaurant and share the improvements areas Salary:INR 1, 00, 000 - 6, 00, 000 P.A.
