Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Engineer at Pleasure Spaces. The BIM Engineer will be responsible for creating and managing construction drawings using Building Information Modeling (BIM). The BIM Engineer will also collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) professionals to ensure that the designs are accurate and meet the project requirements.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
- Ability to create and manage construction drawings
- Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Understanding of architecture and civil engineering principles
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, civil engineers, and MEP professionals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Experience of 4-5 years is required.
