Job Description
We are looking for Lead BIM Modellers Architectural and Structure & MEP to work on our prestigious projects. Qualification Bachelor\'s degree in architecture / civil / Mechanical from a reputed university Experience: - 5 -7 years (Preference shall be given to those having previous experience of working on site )
- Knowledge in Autodesk Revit, NavisWorks & AutoCAD
- Knowledge of basic construction process\xe2\x80\x99s and procedures.
- BIM knowledge and interest in working with Construction Technology
- Provide CAD drafting/BIM modeling support
- Develop BIM plans and understand the scope of work for subcontractors
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of constructions workflow processes and priorities
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing and complex projects while being able to successfully meet the requirements
- Troubleshoot any BIM related issues
Contract length: 14 months Salary: Up to 80,000.00 per month Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
