Requirement: L&T Infrastructure Engineering is looking for a BIM Manage r for Chennai Location. Total experience : 10 to 12 Years (Relevant Exp of 8 to 10 Years) Qualification : Bachelors in Civil Engineering Work Location : Chennai Role Requirement: Collaborate and understand data collection. Setting up, manage and maintain CDE (Common Data Environments) in line with ISO 19650 principles Should be conversant in Infrastructure projects of Roads / Bridges Analyse documents & drawings. Generate and provide model based design augmentation for design constraints, challenges and facilitate model based Design analyses as per the requirement of project. Ensure that the Design Documentation quality is achieved and the efficiency of drawing production is maintained Thorough understanding and implementation experience of ISO BIM standards & workflows for Infrastructure projects (Roads & Bridges) Experience in model-based Progress monitoring through linking of Schedules/WBS to model data for Infrastructure works, Bridges, Buildings, Roads with Utilities structure works Review and conduct model Quality checks. Advance technical skills to support the growth of the section and work within a collaborative team by routinely conducting and facilitating internal /external training and CPDs. Clear understanding of Lifecycle Information requirements for Infrastructure projects from Design thru O&M Knowledge of Rhino3D, Grasshopper, Blender, Bentley Generative Design or any other 3D NURBS/NURMS based Modelling Platforms. Technical Proficiency : Hands on skills in Civil 3D / Revit / Navis Works / Infra works Hands on skills in Open Roads Designer, Open Rail Designer, Open Building Designer, Bentley Synchro - 4D Knowledge of GIS (Geographical Information System) tools like ArcInfo, MapGis is an advantage Knowledge of BIM aligned tools for planning and modelling Note: The Work Location is Chennai So the applicants should be ready to relocate to Chennai
