AEODC is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy of Assistant BIM Manager (Deputy BIM Manager). The candidate will have a challenging role managing both architecture and structure discipline, transitioning to a BIM Manager role with time. Package offered is best in Industry. Successful candidate to share their current notice period or how soon they can join. Responsibilities
- Strong working knowledge of Revit architecture, structure and Navisworks
- Fluent in reading & understanding architecture drawings and terminology used in US & UK
- Experience working in a team creating accurate Revit architecture and structure model
- Experience extracting Revit architecture and structure sheets/layouts from Revit model
- Able to oversee Navisworks clash detection and prepare virtual construction study report
- Demonstrate basic understanding & modeling of other discipline elements to support team
- Able to oversee team work to ensure timely and quality project submission at all times
- Able to estimate project timeline and assist is resource allocation planning
- Team player and willingness to take responsibility as assigned and clarify team queries
- Flexible working with tight deadlines and ensuring maximum productivity
- Familiar with Level of Development (LOD) and BEP standards for smooth functioning
