Job Role: Architectural/HVAC/Electrical Team Leader Reporting Person: Project Manager/Project Coordinator Responsibility: Provides guidance and knowledge to juniors and works towards competence enhancement of other technicians within the team Will coordinate with project managers and/or engineers for draughting work in a given project. Will work on detailed drawings for a range of projects and mentor other members of the drafting team in accomplishing complex tasks. Is responsible for technical correctness and timely delivery of the drawings and documents in his projects Will assist the project team towards developing/implementing draughting standards. Will assist in improving the efficiency and productivity of the drafting team Communicates the training and development needs to his supervisor Exercises self-discipline and work ethics Respect and follow company policies and procedures Will be responsible to set standards & detailed drawings for a range of projects to create 2D drawing and 3D models and support other members of the drafting team in accomplishing complex tasks. Will need to coordinate with project managers and/or engineers for draughting work in a given project. Is responsible for technical correctness and timely delivery of the drawings and documents Competencies: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering /Architecture/Mechanical/Electrical with a minimum of 5-6 years of professional experience in Building Information Modelling Field. Software Skill :

• AutoCAD/ Revit/Navisworks Manage
• Knowledge of Dynamo and Autodesk COBie will be added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Revit Point Cloud is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 940,000.00 - 960,000.00 per month Benefits:
