Job Description
Profile-Billing headSalary- up to 5 lacExperience-8 yearsJob location-Manpada,ThaneMust be from FTL/Transport back groundo ensure 100% billing of the booking done within TAT of 25 days from the booking date in the zone.
2 To check all the extra expense approval received by business heads/KAM team/zonal head through mail confirmation only.
3 Take approval from zonal head/business head for the damages/shortages/loss making LRs and complete the billing as per TAT.
4 To clear all zero freight booking dockets within 7 days of booking.
5 To give clear PODs to the zonal billing executives for faster billing.
6 Ensure no pendency of more than 7 days in POD hold window.
7 To maintain the billing SOP of all the clients of the zone for smooth billing and submission of bills.
8 Ensure the bill submissions are done as per customer SOP and billing cycle strictly.
9 Ensure that all the PODs received the day are billed on the same day. Minimum target of 100 PODs bills to be prepared by each billing executives in the zone, based on the no. of PODs received in the zone.share cv on whts up 9625228396Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?40,000.00 per monthJadwal:
