Prepare and verify client bills, RA bills, subcontractor bills, and material reconciliation as per contract terms and site measurements.
Coordinate with site teams to validate measurements, BOQs, rate analyses, and work progress documentation.
Check drawings, specifications, and contractual clauses to ensure accurate quantity calculations.
Monitor project cost, variations, and extra items; prepare supporting documents for claims and approvals.
Maintain all billing records, measurement sheets, and cost reports with accuracy and timely submission.
Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients for billing-related clarifications and approvals.
