Founded by Ex-Microsoft & Zenefits engineers, Bikayi aims to empower Indian MSMEs to take their business online and realize their true potential. We want every local entrepreneur to easily start selling online with technology being an enabler, not a barrier.

We at Bikayi are looking for an experienced Marketing professional who'll lead all our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects. He/ She will also ensure the industry standards are met & best practices are followed across the organization.

Responsibilities

- Craft strategies for various marketing activities via both online & offline medium; across organization.

- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.

- Set, monitor and report on team goals.

- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.

- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).

- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.

- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans.

- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).

- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.

- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.

. Have experience in driving global expansion for the SAAS product including APAC, US, Australia

. Have hands on experience in driving demand gen marketing

. Have rigor to organize events & drive other brand awareness activities.

. Have leadership qualities and capabilities to drive the team with right vision.

. Should be analytically strong.

. Should have experience in building teams ground up.

Qualifications and skills

- Degree in Marketing or a related field

- 8+ years of marketing experience with 4+ years in an enterprise SaaS marketing role

- Experience in ABM is a plus

- Good project management skills & analytical mind.

- Excellent written skills with the ability to present at board level and inspire a team.

Demonstrable experience of building and executing a marketing strategy that positively impacts awareness and pipeline growth.
