Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bidding Associate to join our team at Serva Applabs. As a Bidding Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the bidding process and managing client relationships. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with bidding platforms and tools (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team

• Assist in preparing and submitting bids for projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop winning proposals
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new bidding opportunities
• Maintain client relationships and provide timely updates on bid progress
• Track and report on bid outcomes and document lessons learned
• Assist in the negotiation and finalization of contracts with clients
• Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with industry best practices in bidding and proposal development
