Preparation of Proposals, Bid documents, client presentation Reaching out to potential clients within the market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network. Building relationship with these identified clients with the objective of securing business. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client\'s needs, concerns, and objectives. Ability to identify, understand and focus on client\'s key requirements & proactively strategizing. Aligning CVs as per RFP/client requirements Strengthen existing client relationships. Closely tap opportunities coming up in Commercial/IT Parks, Interior fit outs, Industrial & Warehouses, Healthcare, Hospitality & retail, Government & PSU tenders Summarize RFP, Make Go/No-go decisions, attend pre bid meetings Actively participate in internal approval process, closely coordinate with Finance & Legal team For contracts, work order closure.
