Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage responses for RFI / RFP/ Qualified opportunities, with end to end ownership to drive overall proposal
- Ensures compliance with Company's mandated bid process and rules of engagement
- Coordinates, reviews and builds solutions/proposals based on inputs from different stakeholders and contribute to deal shaping
- Build/Review business case, commercials & financial proposal working closely with Financial Analyst and Contract teams
- Identification of risks for the proposal, as part of the bid process
- Manage tool workflows, as necessary
- Reporting (weekly/as required)
Primary Skills
- B.E/M.E/Mtech and MBA/PGDBM (Desirable)
Secondary Skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- 10+ years of experience in bid management activities and Large deals
- Hands on engineering experience in one or more Industry domains – Energy and Utilities, Automotive, Aerospace, Medical devices and/or Life sciences, Software and Digital
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the changing needs of the organization & able to multitask.
- Strong experience in E2E Bid Mgmt including- Bid Planning , Bid execution , Bid Costing / Bid Financials , Proposal Building, Risk Management"
Mandatory project and program management experience needed; Prior delivery management is a plus
