Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the governance of submission of RFP/RFI, sales proposals for organic growth opportunities per timelines agreed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Will directly liaison with Senior Executive team, Business unit heads and functional teams like Legal, Finance, HR, Talent acquisition, IT, Sales & Marketing etc to get the right teams to work on it and have a compelling submission as outcome with right collaterals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process; identifying opportunities on which to submit bids and feeding into the decision over whether to bid for the work. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create, maintain and enhance the Bid Management framework for Aeries; mentor the Value Management office, other teams on Bid management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Devising a successful strategy for winning a bid, including pinpointing the unique selling points (key differentiators), knowing your company\xe2\x80\x99s operating and profit margins and understanding the clients\xe2\x80\x99 specific requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Researching, writing and/or checking proposals \xe2\x80\xa2 Client touchpoint during the Bid process; effective handover to the execution team post bid is won. \xe2\x80\xa2 Run a high performance & independent working culture; maintain required ready to use \xe2\x80\x98tool kits\xe2\x80\x99 per frameworks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Use industry experience to table ideas for a competitive pitch with differentiators challenge solutions for efficacy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Publish periodic updates on proposals; responding to clients\xe2\x80\x99 and other stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 queries before, during and after the bid has been submitted. Required skills & Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 12+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in IT/ITES/BPO industry with deep business, concepts and future industry trends knowledge. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have a strong track record of successfully leading medium to large size details of at least $ 15 mn ACVs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge of financial terminologies & business models (BOT, Managed services, Captives) \xe2\x80\xa2 Frameworks development experience, Hands on to ensure quality collaterals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal & written communication skills, attention to detail, ability to perform under pressure, establish strong stakeholder relationship, handle disputes and meet deadlines. Additional skills (good to have): \xe2\x80\xa2 Project management trainings/ certifications
