Job Description

This is an Assistant Manager / Manager level role 1. 5 to 8 years' prior experience in proposal /bid management (large bids) 2. Good working knowledge of MS Office with proficiency in Word and PowerPoint

1. Management of Large & Strategic Bids. 2. Active participation in Bid Qualification Process. 3. Should have experience in creating RFP/RFI/RFQs themselves (not just filling up ready made template) 4. Please ensure they have experience in driving bids hands-on themselves 5. The position will be handling bids & proposal making for India, Europe & Middle East region 6. Someone from IT organizations is mandatory - ok for ITES cos also / Analytics / Fintech etc related industries 7. Good communication skills - written + PPT/Presentation skills 8. Good to have - if they can share any existing non-confidential proposals / RFQs to showcase their work would be nice 9. Keep a track of bid management standard methodologies and ensure these are replicated across all deals 10. Working closely with Sales Team and Pre Sales to provide end to end bid management support. 11. Crafting/ reviewing the RFP responses. 12. Ensuring meeting all milestones as per submission timelines of the opportunities 13. Driving independently end to end customer proposals. Crafting/customizing proposals as per standard template 14. Proactively identify any potential risk to the bid management process and raise appropriately 15. Mitigate conflicts during bidding process by using proactive and clear communication with zero ambiguity 16. Maintain Knowledge Management Repository 17. Co-ordinating with multiple stakeholders internally (Sales Team, Technical Team, Finance Team, Legal Team, HR and Admin etc.) 18. Co-ordinating with multiple stakeholders internally for Vendor Registration Process. 19. Draft SOWs as per requirement 20. Work on MSAs as per client requirement. 21. Hands on experience of working on PowerPoint Presentation.
