Bid and Contract Specialist This position is located in Mumbai, India and reports to Sr. Marketing Operations Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. SFDC reporting YOY: Find bid opportunities using various sites such as Onvia, FedBid, GSA, GovWin etc 2. Bid Bowler : Follow up on Bid status via emails - SFDC with reps 3. SFDC Lead Lost reasons: Proactively communicate with sales for the bids response need. 4. VM board: Update and Participate in Daily Visual management meetings 5. SFDC : Maintain Bowler and Bid Documentation Status and win/loss reports 6. SAP Pricing reports for contracts: Contract Price analysis 7. Bid Bowler/Status worksheet/VM board: Ensure all documentation for Bid/Tenders are completed accurately and on time for submittal 8. SAP sales reports: Execute Sales reports for Contract - prepare for submittal 9. Communicates risks appropriately to Leica legal for review: Provide risk assessment through review and interpretation of legal documentation related to Leica contracts. 10. VM board: Cross-train on bids functions including processing, & reporting Our Expectations Professional Experience: 1+ years ofexperience with review and preparation of Bid Documentations. Understanding of GPOs and Contract terms. Excel - Vlook-up, pivot tables. Working knowledge and Familiarity with SAP and SFDC. Customer Relations and Calls in U.S.. Ability to work US hours (5am - 2pm CST) / (6 PM - 3 AM IST).
