Role and Key Responsibilities:
Client interactions on the day-to-day transactions.
Responsible to handle first level of Escalations
Good communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Power point
Willing to work in a 247 environment and 5 days working.
Key skills & knowledge:
Preparing presentations
Creating Interactive Dashboards for Client and Delivery
Should be excellent in Excel and MIS
Advanced knowledge of MS products, particularly Excel.
Educational Qualification: Graduation
