• Design and execute benefits programs across APAC (health, retirement, time off, etc.).
• Align global rewards strategy with local market needs.
• Champion wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
• Administer benefits programs with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and analyze program effectiveness.
• Present strategic insights to leadership using centralized data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Legal, etc.).

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in benefits management across APAC (Australia, India, Singapore).
