Bench Sales Associate
Job Description
Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing. \xc2\xb7 Sole responsibility for marketing IT bench consultants with vendors or direct client. \xc2\xb7 Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities. \xc2\xb7 Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations. Requirement
- 0-1 Years experience required.
- Graduation from any stream.
- Verbal and written English communication skills.
- Well versed with usage of computer and job boards.
- Night shift
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
