Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and coordinate the bell desk team.
Greet and assist guests with luggage, transportation, and directions.
Ensure timely delivery and collection of luggage from guest rooms.
Maintain smooth communication between the front office, housekeeping, and concierge.
Handle guest queries and special requests promptly and professionally.
Ensure team members maintain grooming and service standards at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a
Bell Captain or Senior Bell Attendant
in a reputed hotel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent grooming standards and a courteous attitude.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
