Hiring for a leading FMCG/Retail Industry based company! Profile : Beauty Advisor Experience : 1 year CTC: Upto 30 k pm IJob Title : Beauty Advisor \xe2\x80\x93

  • Travel to different locations in assigned territory and region and conduct sales trainings/workshops (minimum 11 in a month) in regional languages/ English as per the requirement
  • Conducting trainings on Cosmetic & personal grooming products.
  • Conducting demo of the products to the distributors.
  • Will be handling billing as and when required.
  • Coordination with concerned sales team member for the meeting & training requirements and schedule plan accordingly
Required Skills/competencies for the role: Behavioral Competencies: Able to address huge crowds & must be presentable Ensuring timely and quality delivery of above trainings Direct Selling Experience is advantageous (but not necessary) Technical/Functional Competencies: Good knowledge of skin care & makeup and need to stay updated on the latest beauty trends Course in Make-up (preferable) Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills Should be well versed with MS Office suite (MS Word, PowerPoint & excel) Should be willing to travel 10-15 days in a month Interested candidates can apply here or share their resumes at softpathc3#gmail.com Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 30,000.00 per month Schedule:
