Roles and Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Create new Business independently by identify and acquire new large corporate customers directly for their 1st/mid/last mile surface transportation needs (FTL).

\xc2\xb7 Develop B2B Business plans, long-term objectives and Sales pipeline.

\xc2\xb7 Identify, Manage & Work with the Vendors and Operations team to set up an effective supply network to honour the services committed to Key Accounts.

\xc2\xb7 Lead generation through various sources.

\xc2\xb7 Engage & retain clients with immediate escalation facilitation, regular visits & value delivery.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for revenue growth across company\xe2\x80\x99s product offerings in the given territory

Job Specifications

\xc2\xb7 7 to 15 years of experience in sales & Business Development in Logistics /Surface transportation Industry along with vendor management.

\xc2\xb7 Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

\xc2\xb7 Goal-oriented, organized team player

\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal relationship skills

\xc2\xb7 Able to analyse data and sales statistics & translate results to better solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Strong negotiation skills, communication skills, ability to think out of the box.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to multitask and manage different accounts at a time.
