Job Summary (Virtual Sales Executive
- Sell life insurance policies remotely via phone, video, or online platforms
- Contact and follow up with company-provided leads (no field visits required)
- Clearly explain insurance products, benefits, and premiums to customers
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
- Guide customers through online documentation and policy issuance
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and provide post-sale support
- Comply with IRDA and company regulations and guidelines
- Demonstrate strong communication, persuasion, and basic computer skills
- Establish a customer-friendly approach during all interactions
