Job Description
Responsible for Business development of Corn Silage, Mini Silage Baler and Maize Harvester Cutting Machine in respective state. Shall be engaging with prospective customers to expand company\xe2\x80\x99s customer base in assigned state. Good Contacts with dealers/retailer/big dairy farmers for increasing sales volume. Achieve Sales targets as desired by organization. Self-motivated style of working, especially Startup working environment Use Company\xe2\x80\x99s CRM tool to maintain/update daily progress on leads and sales (entering & updating data) Engage in constant learning on the relevant information on company\xe2\x80\x99s products. Involves extensive traveling. Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification \xe2\x80\x93 Any Graduate, Preference will be given to BBA/BBM/MBA. Added Advantage: must have prior 3-5 years experience of Agri Machinery or Cattle Feed/ Veterinary/Livestock/Cattle Medicines, Feed Additive or Feed Supplement Sales & Marketing. Need Young Enthusiastic Candidate with Leader Ship Quality, Good Communication, Negotiation, Convincing and Team Management Skills. Age up to 35 years, Upto : 6.00 LPA + TA + DA Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9300,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9600,000.00 per year Benefits:
