Job Overview: The BDM Sales will be responsible for sales of the company and driving sales growth in the FMCG manufacturing industry. The role requires a deep understanding of the market, a strategic approach to sales, and the ability to contribute as an individual. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies/campaigns and plans to achieve the top-line & bottom-line targets of the region along with the company\'s revenue targets. Lead and manage the sales to ensure to meet or exceeds the company\'s sales targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities by building relationships with customers\xe2\x80\x99 key decision-makers and distributors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Customers and Distribution channels to ensure long-term business success. Liaise with vendors for the best pricing & conditions, Supply chain, and operation to reduce the lead time. Work closely with operations and Logistics, to ensure the company\'s products and services meet customer needs. Monitor market trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities and threats of both global & local. Develop and manage the sales budget with management, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales goals. Provide regular reports to the senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities. Coordination with HR dept. for Training Need Analysis & other employee activities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to achieve their targets. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. At least 6-10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the FMCG manufacturing industry. Experience leading and managing a sales target & handling large national chains. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to approach people at all levels of seniority. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of the FMCG manufacturing industry and the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, Route planning. Willingness to travel as required.
