Manage business development activities for industrial machinery and heavy equipment spare parts.
Identify new clients, develop relationships, and expand market reach within the industrial and heavy machinery sector.
Handle sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close deals effectively.
Maintain strong product knowledge of mechanical components and heavy machinery spare parts.
Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure accurate product recommendations.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Visit client sites regularly for sales meetings, product demonstrations, and after-sales support.
Ensure timely communication with clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and service issues.
Maintain proper documentation, reports, and updates on CRM or internal systems.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field (industrial machinery and heavy equipment spare parts).
Mechanical and sales background is mandatory.
Two-wheeler is compulsory for field visits and client meetings.
