Urgent need of a BDM for a PMC company in Hyderabad Must have B2B sales experience in PMC, Construction & Interiors Immediate joiners preffered Preferred:MBA in Marketing & Sales 10+ Yrs experience is must Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Development:
- Identify potential growth areas within the B2B sector. - Create and implement strategic plans to tap into these areas, aligning with company objectives. - Lead Generation & Management:
  • Research and identify new potential clients and partnerships.
-Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target organizations. - Address client concerns and feedback with professionalism and in a timely manner.
  • Sales Targets:
- Achieve exceed monthly and yearly sales targets. - Monitor and report on performance metrics.
  • Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and potential threats. - Adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Proposal &Tender Management:
- Draft, propose, and negotiate contracts that align with company objectives. - Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions as per client needs.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong networking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb975,000.00 per month Benefits:
