**CANDIDATE HAS TO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HEALTHCARE/MEDICAL/PHARMA FIELDS** Location : Pune Experience : 8 to 15years Compensation: \xe2\x82\xb98,00,000 to \xe2\x82\xb915,00,000 per annum Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development Strategy: \xc2\xb7 Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company\'s goals and objectives. \xc2\xb7 Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for growth within the Indian healthcare industry. \xc2\xb7 Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify target segments and tailor strategies accordingly. 2. Sales and Client Acquisition: \xc2\xb7 Identify and engage with potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmaceutical companies, and other healthcare providers. \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, actively pursuing new business opportunities and converting leads into customers. \xc2\xb7 Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new contracts and partnerships. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and effective implementation of services. 3. Relationship Management: \xc2\xb7 Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry associations, government agencies, and regulatory bodies. \xc2\xb7 Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and addressing their specific needs and concerns. \xc2\xb7 Regularly engage with existing clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure high levels of customer retention. 4. Market Expansion and Branding: \xc2\xb7 Identify and evaluate potential collaborations, joint ventures, and strategic alliances to expand the company\'s reach and enhance its brand presence. \xc2\xb7 Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events to promote services and establish thought leadership. \xc2\xb7 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to proactively adjust business development strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities. 5. Team Collaboration and Reporting: \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives. \xc2\xb7 Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and key metrics to senior management. \xc2\xb7 Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and guidance to foster their professional growth. Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field. A master\'s degree is a plus. \xc2\xb7
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the healthcare or related industry in India. \xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of the Indian healthcare ecosystem, including trends, regulations, and market dynamics. \xc2\xb7
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals and achieving targets. \xc2\xb7
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. \xc2\xb7
  • Strategic mindset and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. \xc2\xb7
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients and key industry players. \xc2\xb7
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment. \xc2\xb7
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales and marketing tools. \xc2\xb7
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
