Acquiring new clients and business, as well as marketing our IT services to large Captives.
Maintaining close relationships with clients in order to handle their queries and promote additional services.
Establishing relationships with potential and existing clients and increasing revenue through pipeline development and prospecting.
In charge of overseeing all Client Management processes, such as strategic planning, selling, delivery, and management.
Accountable for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, as well as negotiating and agreeing on commercial terms and conditions.
Engage conversations with senior customer contacts to identify their requirements and devise solutions to address them.
Having a contact list of some relevant Captive clients would be an added advantage.
Maintaining client relationships & effective account management to upscale productivity.
Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision and participate in driving revenue towards profits.
Commitment to company policies and reporting procedures.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's Degree in any field.
4-10 years of experience in business development, preferably in the domestic IT industry, and experience working with captives.
Proven success in client acquisition, business development, and new business acquisition.
Solid track record of generating new client prospects through effective lead generation, including developing the strategy, preparing the pitch, creating flyers/presentations, and reaching out to prospective customers.
A persuasive communicator with a positive attitude who is a go-getter.
Good decision-making skills; ability to work well under pressure; and communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
Previous experience working on CRM solutions would be beneficial.
