? Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer
requirements, identifying market trends, Implementing new sales plans and advertising
? The Sales and marketing manager represents the company's brand and drives
? Strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
? Generating leads, unique sales, achieving monthly sales targets , creating engaging advertisements and promotional activities.
? Personally contact and secure new business accounts/customers through presenting products to existing/potential customers and assisting them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
? Identify potential growth areas and open new accounts
? Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization's products daily.
? Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their
needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
? Meet monthly and quarterly local sales projections and Generate Revenue.
? Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
? Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers with Final closure and Revenue collection.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?480,493.00 - ?534,214.00 per yearSchedule:
