Job Description

Cement Sales Executive drives product sales by managing dealer networks, meeting builders/contractors, achieving targets, and ensuring collections, requiring strong local market knowledge, travel, and relationship-building to promote brand awareness and convert leads into sales through promotional activities and expert product guidance. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Target Achievement:

Meet assigned sales targets, generate orders, and ensure timely collection of payments.

Customer & Network Development:

Identify, develop, and manage relationships with dealers, sub-dealers, builders, contractors, architects, and government departments.

Market Activities:

Conduct promotional activities, visit construction sites, explain product applications, and gather market intelligence.

Reporting & Planning:

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain MIS (Management Information Systems) for senior management.

Product Knowledge:

Educate customers on product features, rates, schemes, and technical aspects (like admixtures or TMT bars).
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

Proven sales experience, ideally in construction materials, cement, or related fields.

Market Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of the assigned territory and local market dynamics.

Communication:

Excellent verbal, listening, and negotiation skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.

Travel:

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Attributes:

Goal-oriented, strong work ethic, good time management, analytical, and customer-focused.
