Job Title: BD Lead/Manager Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving our business objectives Build CXO connects - Nurture the client over a period of suggestable time. Understand client problems, offer a smart solution to deliver business impact by bringing in SmartBots. Focused on hunting high-quality large accounts. Growth oriented - Focused on winning logos with long-term potential (e.g., large deals) Identify key decision makers in client organization and industry to develop and strengthen relationships with them and become a trusted advisor for them. Demonstrated ability to prospect, build a pipeline, and achieve a consistent close rate. Strong interpersonal skills Self-starter with the ability to build relationships, communicate product knowledge, and close deals quickly. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely and effectively with team members across departments and at all levels of the organization. Proven track record in developing new relationships with customers and the ability to translate client business needs into solutions. Disciplined use of tools for sales activity tracking Preferred Requirements 6 - 10 years\' overall progressive experience with a Tier 1/2/3 company servicing the High-Tech space. Proven business development experience (hunting new accounts, identify, penetrate, grow, and scale) to fortune 500 clients. Experience selling broad suite of I/T Services or Product with strong understanding of technology and vertical platforms in order to strategize amp; craft solutions (along with pre sales teams) to match customer needs Experience with global delivery models Excellent communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with CXO leaders. Track record of enhancing business from existing accounts achieving consistent contribution and collection norms Job Details Wokd Mode:WFO Working Days :Monday - Friday 40-hr/ week shift.
