Job title: BCM Analyst Business Continuity Management
Experience required: 4 - 5 Years
Budget: 15 LPA
Job Location : Kochi/Bangalore
Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to UAE if business requires
Required skills & expertise:

• Master s or bachelor s degree in business administration, IT, Risk Management, or a related field
• Understanding of practices, concepts, and business continuity trends.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• In-depth knowledge of risk and BCM frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO 22301, NCEMA guidelines, COSO, ISO 31000, etc.)
• Professional certifications in business Continuity i.e., ISO22301, CBCI.
• Highly capable using the Microsoft Office suite (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and make informed decisions.
