Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
Support new employee onboarding and orientation sessions
Assist in sourcing candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
Support HR in onboarding activities and document verification.
Qualifications:
Any BBA/MBA who want to start their career journey in HR Field can apply for this job.
