Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

: Greet guests, understand preferences, make recommendations, and check IDs for legal drinking age.

Drink Preparation

: Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes, free-pour, and serve drinks efficiently.

Cash Handling

: Operate the till, process payments, handle cash, and balance receipts.

Bar Maintenance

: Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized, including washing glasses and utensils.

Inventory

: Manage liquor and supply levels, potentially placing orders.

Up-selling

: Promote food and beverage offers to guests.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills
